Our Purpose Managing Majuro’s Water and Wastewater Systems
MWSC was established to manage the water distribution and access for the Majuro community, through water catchment, treatment, and distribution of clean water, as well as some saltwater distribution as alternatives. MWSC also manages the wastewater and sewage through its network of pipelines across Majuro.
The network is old and subject to further capital funding for upgrades. Currently MWSC capacity restricts available clean water to several hours per day.

Our saltwater flushing service helps remove harmful deposits and extends the lifespan of hydrants, ensuring they remain fully operational in emergencies. Regular flushing not only protects the hydrants from deterioration but also safeguards your property and community by maintaining reliable fire protection.
